    Drawing on experience in residential development, construction, and real estate investment, Andrew brings a perspective that extends well beyond traditional brokerage. He helps clients evaluate acquisition opportunities, property value, redevelopment potential, and the long-term considerations that influence real estate ownership on Martha’s Vineyard. Whether representing a legacy waterfront estate or identifying an off-market opportunity, his approach is grounded in careful analysis, sound judgment, and discretion.
