About Margarita
Originally from Chicago, IL, Margarita has made New York City her home for the last 12 years. She received her degree in Organizational Behavior and Communications from NYU and has lived in a variety of neighborhoods throughout the Burroughs including the financial district, Upper East Side, Astoria, and currently resides in Brooklyn.

After working in corporate America for a few years, she decided to transition to real estate, where she has put her degree and knowledge of the city to good use. She thrives off the city’s diverse neighborhoods, cultures, architecture, and energy, and her number one priority is to find her clients’ a home that they love.
