Andrew is a driven and accomplished professional in the realm of Commercial Real Estate, with a journey that began during his final year at Texas Christian University. Despite the challenges of balancing a rigorous academic schedule, including 18 credit hours and two internships, Andrew demonstrated exceptional determination and time management skills, earning his real estate license in less than three months. 

Having graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, complemented by a minor in Financial Technology, Andrew has wholeheartedly immersed himself in the thriving Commercial Real Estate scene of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Specializing in investment sales, he works hand in hand with syndication groups, developers, business owners, and institutions, utilizing his expertise to broker lucrative deals in this ever-evolving sector. 

In addition to his role as a commercial broker at Compass, Andrew plays a key role in property management, particularly within the student housing niche. With oversight responsibilities for properties accommodating over 500 Texas Christian University students at 24 Doors Property Management. 

Andrew wasted no time and has already embarked on his real estate investment journey, already securing ownership of one property. Andrew's dual role as both a real estate agent and an investor equips him with a diverse skill set, including proficiency in creative financing, wholesaling, and apartment investing. He approaches each transaction with strategic insight and dedication, committed to securing opportunities that exceed his clients' investment expectations.
