"Andrew was absolutely amazing to work with. Quick to respond to questions and even quicker to get offers submitted in this crazy market. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, the area, and just home buying generally and explained everything to us in a way we could really understand it. He was always able to pick out the pros for a house but was also able to make sure we were aware of any potential drawbacks that weren’t immediately apparent to us as first time homebuyers. We were very naïve coming into this whole thing and he really protected us from making some big mistakes in our excitement- for example, when we were debating between two houses he was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each and helping us to realize the cheaper of the two houses was actually better suited for us, even though us putting an offer in on the cheaper house meant rejecting a counter offer we received on the previous house (that would have been a sure payday for him!). his guidance there was invaluable. In the end we bought a third house that came on the market several months later. We told him this was *it* and we had to have this house. Andrew again went above and beyond and crafted a whole plan attack with plans A, B, and C to make sure we had the best chance at landing the house. In addition to his creative thinking in helping us put together a really strong offer, I heard later that the sellers agent was enthusiastic about our bid because she knew Andrew to be reliable and easy to work with, which would help ensure her sellers a quick close. I don’t know how much of a difference that made in us getting the house, but in this market every little bit helps! We are so pleased with our experience and we feel really confident that we ended up in the house that was right for us, and we couldn’t have done that without Andrew’s help."
