Andrew Oldham

Andrew Oldham began as a real property litigator in 1989 with a well respected Silicon Valley firm. Within a few short months Andrew was sitting first chair trying real property cases in Superior Court. Andrew has worked as in-house counsel with a large title company and residential brokerage company. He has experience as a start-up founder (eHome) where he acted as CEO and grew the residential brokerage company into a national presence. This background enables Andrew to provide real world advise on the risks and rewards of transactions. Having represented hundreds of clients and overseen thousands of transactions successfully, Andrew is proud to be a member of the: National Association of Realtors, State Bar of California, and the Real Property Section of the State Bar.
