About Andrew

Andrew brings a refreshing combination of determination, empathy, and humor as he helps clients buy and sell homes throughout NYC. He prides himself on providing his clients with a white-glove experience and creating long-term, trusting relationships built on great communication and listening.

Andrew was drawn to real estate because of his inherent interest in people, design, and architecture. ā€œI’ve always loved building relationships, and this is no doubt a relationship business,ā€ says Andrew. ā€œWhether it’s a rental or sale, for investment purposes or to build a family, I feel honored guiding my clients through this pivotal life transaction and being the catalyst to someone’s future memories.ā€ While Andrew has done deals across Manhattan and Brooklyn, his favorite neighborhoods include Williamsburg for the incredible city views and SoHo for the stunning lofts that blend right into the storefronts of his favorite brands. Clients choose Andrew for his impeccable taste, keen eye for design, meticulous attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of fashion and art.

Prior to real estate, Andrew worked in VIP Client Services at luxury fashion brands like The RealReal, NET-A-PORTER, and Saks. In these roles, he learned to anticipate his client’s needs and the art of perseverance, stopping at nothing to find his clients the perfect piece. Much like fashion, Andrew believes finding the right home is about the perfect fit—like a great new outfit they'll never want to take off.

Born in Queens and raised in South Florida, Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. Outside of real estate, he is an avid traveler (in recent years, he's traveled to Thailand, Greece, Paris, and Spain - ask him about it!), experimental home cook, wine nerd (he’s a certified sommelier), and fashion enthusiast (duh). He always game for exploring a new art gallery and eating at the newest restaurant in most any neighborhood.

ā€œAndrew is a pro. He made my life as easy as possible when I was buying my co-op apartment. From making the offer to closing, Andrew was there every step of the way. His team gave me an overview of all the weird things to expect while doing my board package. He made it easy for me to get all the documents I need and keep them organized when someone external inevitably needed to go through me for another copy. Andrew was my point-man for everything and wrangled three sets of lawyers, two banks, and a co-op board. He was a sounding board and part-time therapist while I went through the street of buying a place. I would recommend Andrew to absolutely anyone looking to buy an apartment in New York City.ā€œ

ā€œWorking with Andrew to find the best new york home for us to start our family was a wonderful experience. We weren’t in the area for a lot of the search so he would go to visits by himself with us on facetime. He is extremely generous with his time. We could not have done it without him! ā€œ

ā€œIn an industry as competitive and nuanced as real estate, working with someone like Andrew Pritchard is truly a game-changer. His fresh, innovative, and client-focused approach to selling properties is not only inspiring but also incredibly effective. Collaborating with Andrew has been nothing short of a pleasure for me and my design-build studio. His energy is infectious, his communication skills are unparalleled, and his attention to detail is unmatched—he finds ways to add value that most people wouldn’t even think to look for. We recently partnered on a townhouse project in Bed-Stuy, and even with my extensive experience in the real estate and construction world, Andrew’s ability to seamlessly manage both clients and construction was remarkable. He brings a level of professionalism and creativity that raises the bar for everyone around him. Prada to Penthouses perfectly captures Andrew’s versatility and passion for what he does, and I can’t wait to collaborate with him again!ā€œ

ā€œAndrew was quite simply, phenomenal to work with. He was engaged, understanding, patient and invested in me finding my dream home. He met me for coffee before we officially started working together and I loved how he wanted to understand who I was to best help me in my home search. I had some very specific asks in my apartment search and he really was committed to helping me hit every box on my list. He is knowledgeable, detail oriented, persistent, and an excellent communicator. He was quick to respond to my texts and phone calls and always made me feel like I was a priority. He shared his opinions about listings we saw together but he always asked what I thought first. I had several accepted offers fall through but was finally able to sign a contract on a private exclusive listing before it went live on the market. I am absolutely thrilled to call it mine, and I am confident this only happened because of Andrew. He was in constant communication with the seller's agent and was my number one advocate. He felt like a true partner in this process and I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.ā€œ

ā€œWe cannot say enough good things about Andrew. He helped us land our dream home in Park Slope (in an active negotiation that resulted in us buying the property at ~10% discount to asking). And once we moved into our new place, the work was far from done… he then helped us sell our previous Brooklyn townhouse (in soft market conditions right before winter), landing us TWO competitive offers with the house being on the market for just ONE MONTH! This result was all due to Andrew’s incredible salesmanship, fantastic marketing acumen, wonderful partnerships and referrals (contractor, stager, etc all did phenomenal work), and of course the time and care he took with potential buyers during each open house. Our previous home now belongs to another family who loves it and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Andrew always went ABOVE and beyond at every point in the process for us. He was not just our agent, he was our advocate - I can’t emphasize enough how crucial it was to know that he was truly in our corner every single step of the way. We are so grateful to have worked with Andrew and we could never fathom going to anyone else or referring friends and family to anyone else for any real estate needs. Thank you Andrew! You are the BEST! ā€œ

ā€œI feel very lucky to have had Andrew helping me buy my first home. He’s knowledgeable, conscientious, tenacious when it’s warranted, patient, warm and so much fun to talk to. He kept us on track every step of the way through a many-months-long process, and was extremely communicative and generous with his time — both in person and via phone/email. I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment, but part of me’s already looking forward to selling because it will mean working with Andrew again. ā€œ
