About Andrew

An award-winning real estate agent with a passion for customer service, Andrew Rosen has sold over $100 million worth of real estate across the greater Charlotte area. Andrew brings a unique background to the home buying experience having started his real estate career with an investment company. There, he developed an expertise to assess property values beyond the list price, manage renovation projects and work with all levels of the industry, including contractors, brokers and buyers.

Andrew leveraged this experience to become a full-time real estate agent and helped his clients get the most value from the homes they’re buying and/or selling. In addition, he seeks to create a client experience defined by accessibility, responsiveness, patience and professionalism. This begins by building relationships to develop a personalized approach and guide clients through the process. Ultimately, Andrew’s goal is to earn the trust and respect of his clients and, in return, provide them with an exceptional experience.

Andrew lives in Southpark with his wife, Jen, and three young children (Bayla, Scarlett & Grey). He's an active member and leader in the Charlotte Jewish community and also enjoys spending time with his friends and extended family all here in the Queen City.
