Raised in Miami in a family of real estate agents and contractors, Andrew grew up surrounded by architectural blueprints and construction sites, developing an early appreciation for craftsmanship, intentional design, and how people experience their homes.

A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, Andrew brings a refined aesthetic sensibility and trained eye to every transaction—helping buyers recognize opportunity and envision what a home could be, while assisting sellers in strategically preparing their properties to achieve top dollar.

Having lived across the city—from Culver City and Silver Lake to West Hollywood, Laurel
Canyon, and Beverly Grove—Andrew knows Los Angeles from east to west and understands how local dynamics influence marketing, pricing, and value. His geographic focus includes West Hollywood, the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Mid-City, Hancock Park, and east-side neighborhoods such as Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Northeast Los Angeles.

He has a particular passion for distinctive and historic properties, rooted in personal experience: he lives in a Spanish Colonial Revival home that he and his husband have thoughtfully restored over the years.
