During his career, Ardila has provided services for some of the finest projects throughout the United States, Mexico and Latin America, generating over $8 Billion in residential real estate sales revenues.
Andy brings with him nearly two decades of residential strategic sales and luxury real estate marketing experience. He is widely recognized in the real estate industry for his leadership ability, market knowledge, and creative expertise, establishing long-lasting partnerships with his clients that include both buyers and sellers as well as real estate developers.
Andy serves as the Managing Director of The Agency. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales at The Mark Company, as well as Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing at The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he spearheaded the sales and marketing division of Ward Village, a 60-acre master-planned community in Honolulu and sold out two developments for a combined net residential revenue of $1.3 Billion. Andy has previously held senior roles as Vice President of Sales for JMA Ventures LLC, Director of Sales for the Hacienda Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, and Sales Manager for MGM MIRAGE/Dubai World development, CityCenter, in Las Vegas.
Andy has played a key role in overseeing branded residential developments such as Fairmont at Mayakoba (Riviera Maya), Rosewood at Mayakoba (Riviera Maya), One&Only Mandarina (Riviera Nayarit), Hacienda Residences (Cabo San Lucas), Six Senses (Costa Rica) Mandarin Oriental Residences (Las Vegas), Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo (Costa Rica), Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square (San Francisco), and Ritz Carlton Residences (Lake Tahoe). He began his career in real estate right after University with several key sales and management roles with Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels.
Andy grew up in Toronto, Canada, and earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in hospitality and tourism management at Ryerson University in Toronto. He has proven himself an industry expert with a reputation for devising sales strategies that maximize leads and drive sales absorption.
An avid traveler, Andy credits his adventures around the world with giving him the courage and enthusiasm to take his professional endeavors to the next level. He married his college sweetheart and together they have a 7-year-old daughter, Olivia Rose. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, wine tasting and entertaining at his home in San Francisco.
