About Andy
Born in 1990 and raised in South Jersey by two native Philadelphians, Andy worked as a machinist and welder in the manufacturing industry in and around Philadelphia until he began his transition into the real estate industry in 2019.
Initially working as a laborer with a team of two general contractors and an investor, fixing and flipping homes in Fishtown and Port Richmond. In 2021, Andy became a realtor, a move that tapped into his love for mediation, behavioral economics, and helping others.
He enjoys learning about his clients’ personal stories and aspirations and putting together deals that get them where they want to be. With over 70 transactions totaling $28 million in production across Philadelphia, Andy is known for his exceptional client care and a deep understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods. His love for home renovation and construction science informs his approach to real estate, and he’s always ready to roll up his sleeves for his clients.
