Angel Dominguez

As a licensed sales agent and chief operations officer for the top-producing David Schwartz Team, Angel is an invaluable asset to both his clients and his colleagues. His broad experience and seasoned skills have fueled his success in real estate, and served him well handling every property type, from new developments to re-sales, condos and co-ops to rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.Since entering residential real estate in 2017, Angel was previously a site coordinator and administrator at luxury new development projects in the Financial District, Midtown, Soho, and the Upper East Side including 15 William Street, The XI, 565 Broom Soho, and 432 Park Avenue. He recently came to Compass from another highly accomplished brokerage team, armed with knowledge of the luxury market, a deep understanding of the transaction process, and the ability to circumvent the intricacies and obstacles of any deal - whether representing a seller, buyer, renter, landlord, developer or investor.

Born in Cuba, Angel lived in Mozambique as a child and grew up in Miami. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently, and graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Music and Theatre. A devout New Yorker for the past five years, Angel now resides in vibrant Downtown Brooklyn. He initially was an actor and teaching artist, and worked as a brand ambassador/promotional model for major companies before pursuing his passion for real estate. His other interests include art, architecture, theatre and cuisine.
