Originally from Miami, Angel spent much of his childhood growing up in the Dominican Republic. Angel is fluent in English and Spanish. He spent his school-age years in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. He then moved on to Tennessee during college where he attended Freed-Hardeman University. Angel has also lived in New York, Los Angeles, and Dallas. Upon moving back to Miami, Angel opened his own personal training company – Quality Fitness, which allowed him to use his own knowledge about human performance and his degrees in exercise science towards helping others achieve their fitness goals.
