About Angela
Meet Angela Holt
Realtor® | Kindred Realty at Compass
Angela Holt is a licensed Realtor® with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her career began in new home sales before she transitioned into a full-service brokerage, where she quickly became a top-producing agent known for her professionalism and care. Throughout her career, Angela has been recognized for her commitment to client satisfaction, earning the prestigious Five Star Award for Customer Service seven years in a row — one of her proudest professional achievements.
In 2012, while living in California, Angela partnered with Anthony Montroy and David Rudd to co-found Kindred Realty, a boutique brokerage built on integrity, connection, and service. After returning to Texas in 2016, she pursued a family dream by creating Jungle Joe’s of Frisco, a community-loved family entertainment center that operated until 2020. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people naturally led her back to real estate, where she continues to blend business expertise with heartfelt service. Now a proud member of Kindred Realty at Compass, Angela brings her clients a deep understanding of the market, innovative marketing strategies, and a genuine desire to help them reach their real estate goals. Her degree in Special Education gives her a unique perspective in communication, patience, and problem-solving — qualities that make the buying or selling process smooth and stress-free.
Outside of real estate, Angela is dedicated to her family and her community. She is married to Rick, a retired U.S. Navy veteran, and together they have one child currently attending Frisco High School while dual-enrolled at UNT at Frisco. Angela actively serves on the Board of Directors for Little Hearts of Hope, an organization supporting children impacted by a parent’s cancer diagnosis. She is also an engaged member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and proudly serves on the Women Enhancing Business (WEB) committee, championing growth and connection among local women leaders.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a long-time residence, or relocating to the DFW area, Angela’s mix of market knowledge, compassion, and community focus ensures every client feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey home.
