Angela Livingston

Angela ("Ang") was born and raised in Colorado Springs. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she studied sociology and history. Upon graduation, Angela made the move to Denver and now calls Congress Park home. Angela does not limit herself to the Denver metro-area, she has consistently closed deals across Colorado and the nation. She has most recently completed relocation transactions in Arizona, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Oregon.

When asked about her business philosophy, Angela says her motto is, “efficiency with feeling. I strive to exceed every client’s expectation and deliver the highest level of customer service through clear and consistent communication.” Angela is a strong negotiator with an ability to be patient, adaptive and accommodating, all of which are priceless qualities to possess in any real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Angela is a passionate golfer, skier, equestrian, photographer, organizer and volunteer. Angela dedicates her time to community involvement projects and charities benefiting children. She has worked with Raise the Future, a non-profit established in 1983 with a mission to be: “the connection between the children who wait in foster care and the families who adopt. We provide expertise and support before, during, and after the adoption process.” More recently, Angela likes to spend her time volunteering with the First Tee Denver Chapter. First Tee is an organization working to empower kids and teens through the game of golf.
