Courtney Condy

Courtney Condy joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2024, bringing a lifetime of local knowledge and a deep connection to the Marin community. Raised in Marin and the daughter of Carey Condy, founder of the Carey Hagglund Condy Team, Courtney developed a passion for real estate from an early age and has long appreciated the unique communities, landscapes, and lifestyle that make Marin such a special place to call home.

A graduate of Bucknell University with degrees in East Asian Studies and International Relations, Courtney brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to real estate. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help clients navigate every stage of the buying and selling process with confidence.

Before transitioning into real estate, Courtney spent nearly a decade in the outdoor industry, leading trips throughout the United States and around the world for companies such as Backroads and Rustic Pathways. She also founded Occupation Wild, a leading outdoor job board that connects people with careers in adventure, travel, and the outdoors.

Today, Courtney lives in West Marin with her husband and their two young sons. As a Marin native now raising a family here, she understands firsthand what draws people to the area—from the strong sense of community and vibrant local culture to the abundance of open space, trails, and coastline.

Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or longtime Marin residents, Courtney is dedicated to providing personalized guidance, local expertise, and a seamless experience tailored to each client's goals.
