About Anissa
Anissa offers her clients passion, empathy and utmost integrity while acting on their behalf.
Born in Berkeley and raised in the East Bay and Northern Peninsula (Sonoma County), she has maintained a passion for real estate and served real estate clientele since she purchased her first home in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood in 2005. As a trusted real estate advisor, Anissa has helped numerous clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and metropolitan New York areas respectively as an agent and broker.
Anissa received her B.A. in Political Science and Mass Communications from UC Berkeley, a J.D. at George Washington University Law School and practiced law for over twenty years in complex securities and antitrust class action litigation, as well as acting as compliance and legal in-house counsel for construction and civil engineering companies on international projects. In her personal and professional career, Anissa has traveled extensively advising clients in China, Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia. She also lived and worked in Hong Kong, the UK and Australia and has received her solicitor's license in the latter two.
Anissa is a member of Association of Corporate Counsel, National Association of Professional Women, Law Societies in the UK and Australia, US State Bars of Massachusetts and New York, Home for A Home, Top Agent Magazine, Napa Chamber of Commerce and ia an ADTV Producer.
In her free time Anissa enjoys traveling, singing, musicals, cycling, yoga, rehabilitating homes and interior design. Client-driven and results oriented, Anissa is hardworking, tenacious, adventurous and likes to nerd out with a book as much as possible.
