Anita Alleyne

Born in London, Anita Alleyne Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRESⓇ), serves all generations in a client’s real estate life. She never guessed that after graduate school, raising a daughter, and a Bay Area career teaching Communication Studies, she’d be loving the best part of 20 years, helping busy people manage sometimes daunting decisions, so they can manage the rest of their lives. Since the early days of her career, Potrero Hill residents recruited her to downsize their property portfolios, Anita also served as a resource for the financial implications and some of the other decisions that impacted their moves. She continues to serve primarily the inner East Bay and San Francisco. Anita proved to be a quick study when placed in the trust of a relocating judge, who tasked her with finding a home within three days, for him and his wife. It was the evening of December 23, and the couple was already packed to move from the East Coast. She helped them find the perfect empty nester SOMA loft, and later helped them sell, for a move to the East Bay foothills. An Oakland Hills client recently described Anita as a confidant who can make a life changing event “seamless, engaging and fun”, while helping people feel like they are the only ones who need her attention. Clients trust her to take care of the process, sometimes with trustees and other stakeholders located in different parts of our planet. As an Emeryville resident for more than a decade, Anita has sold properties in five Bay Area counties and her first home and investments were in Palo Alto. She was just leaving her Potrero Hill office for some Holiday shopping, when a judge and attorney power couple tasked her with relocating them to a new home in three days - it was December 23. Three days later the couple was packing for their move from the East Coast into their new San Francisco home.
