"I wish I could shout this review from a mountain top for everyone to hear because Ilham is the BEST realtor in the DMV area. When I began looking for a realtor, I met many of them that wanted to control my pricing, dates, etc. Ilham was the complete opposite - she allowed me to request what I wanted and do it in my own time. Her negotiation skills are excellent. She got me a more than fair price for my place. She wasn't pushy by any means and always sent kind updates. She was timely in all of her responses and kind. I felt supported by her from the beginning. She has an unbelievable amount of knowledge of the area, and if she doesn't, she does her research extremely well and in-depth. With that said, she doesn't just have knowledge about the area, but she also has knowledge of the LAW. As a landlord, I would want to be supported (who wouldn't?).
