Specialties

Ann has established a particularly strong track record in Trust sales – including helping children through the sale of a beloved family home and helping seniors downsize. Trust sales can be a complex, emotional process: furniture and possessions must be managed in order to prepare and stage the home, and multiple beneficiaries and interests may be involved in the process. Ann’s high touch, organized approach has helped numerous clients navigate estate situations to a highly successful outcome.

Charity

Ann has served in numerous positions with the Pasadena Children's Guild and National Charity League.
About Ann
Ann Gluck has been a top California REALTOR® for over 18 years, serving San Marino, Pasadena, South Pasadena, and the surrounding areas. She has completed more than $200 million in transactions including the beloved home featured in the movie, "Father of the Bride.”

Ann is known for her responsiveness, tenacity on behalf of clients, strong relationships with other agents, ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and her dedication as a guide and advocate throughout the process. “Ann is one of those rare people who will fight hard for a win and still come away with strong relationships on the other side,” said one client.

Ann’s approach is built on three core beliefs: 1) User experience comes first. That means serving as a trusted navigator and “de-stressing” the process for clients. 2) Relationships matter – not just with clients, but with other agents, inspectors, stagers, photographers, contractors and permitting offices who determine success along the way. 3) Embrace change: New technology, analytics and marketing techniques are changing the way deals get done and provide an important edge on pricing, searching and negotiating.

She is highly seasoned, having assisted clients through a wide range of market conditions including the seller’s market of 2006, the Great Recession of 2008-2009, and the COVID-19 pandemic and its recovery. During that time, she has helped clients navigate a wide range of complex situations outside of the typical sale including 1031 exchanges and more.

As a longstanding member of the community, Ann has extensive local knowledge of the market. She is a parent of three children who have attended local and private schools from pre-school to high school, a proud spectator on dozens of youth sports fields, and a leader and volunteer in the community. She and her husband Rob have served in numerous positions including PTA Executive Boards, school fundraising committees, the San Marino Community Athletic Association board, the San Marino Site Council, Girl Scouts, and National Charity League.  Ann is a recipient of the San Marino Heart of Gold Award and the San Marino Founders Day Award.
