"I had met Ann at an Open House for a unit in the development I was interested in. She was very personable and knowledgable about the complex and area. I selected her because of her outgoing demeanor and professional expertise. Ann was outstanding in all areas. She provided sound guidance through the purchasing offer and subsequent steps to purchase. She helped address specific needs I had as the buyer and insured an accepted initial offer. As the unit was a new build she helped frame a reasonable timeline and insured that all inspections were done in a timely manner relative to the developer's contract.
