About Ann
Ann has been a Real Estate Broker for over 33 years and the Team Leader in the Pancotto Group! She has been a multi-million-dollar producer throughout her whole career and is a consistent top producer. Ann is featured in Chicago Agent Magazine 2025 as Chicago's Who's Who in Real Estate and consistently in years prior. Ann is recognized at Compass Legends Society as an honoree for the 3rd year including in 2026. Ann’s husband Nick is also a Real Estate Broker and is a 3rd generation builder/developer specializing in commercial Real Estate. Ann came from a family with a Real Estate background and the both of them have great experience, knowledge and expertise in every area of the Real Estate market and work with great integrity!
Ann is a member of The National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and she has specialized training as a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS) and Short Sale, Foreclosure, REO Specialist (SFR) and Certified Global Luxury Property Specialist.
