I’m Ann Thai, a Silicon Valley Real Estate Advisor with Compass. Since 2001, I’ve helped buyers, sellers and investors navigate San Jose and the South Bay with strategic thinking, experienced negotiation and clear, practical advice.
With 25 years of experience across changing market cycles, I look beyond the immediate transaction. I help clients understand how property decisions affect their equity, cash flow, flexibility and longer term goals. My firsthand experience investing in real estate and other assets brings a disciplined perspective to evaluating opportunities, costs and risk.
