Throughout her sales career, Ann never forgot the challenges and sacrifices of building a successful business. Recognizing her patient and meticulous nature, she was tapped her then to mentor new agents. Ann took to her mentoring duties with enthusiasm. She found that she had the heart of a teacher and had a special empathy for agents with a strong desire to grow their businesses as she remembered her own challenges in building her business. All the agents she mentored for her then- continue to work in real estate sales today with a level of success.
Realizing that her heart was in helping others, Ann was ready for the next step in her career, management. She began her management career in a small boutique firm where she served for three years. Her dedication to the success of her agents combined with the vast resources and ethical standards of the largest residential brokerage in the United States is sure to be a winning combination.
Ann also demonstrates a strong interest in the professionalism of her industry and the community it serves. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® as well as Vice-Chair of the Public Policy Committee, a duty well suited to her law licenses in Virginia and Maryland.
