Anna Chan

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to get to know about me! I am a highly resourceful, professional agent who works tirelessly to bring my friends, family, and clients’ real estate goals to fruition. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and after about 10 years in corporate finance at major tech companies, I began my career in real estate. Living in different areas of Silicon Valley and having my children go to local schools has provided my clients the advantage of being represented by someone who knows about micro communities in Silicon Valley, their individual cultures, and family/commute friendly neighborhoods. I enjoy watching my kids play sports, am a huge football fan, and love to travel.

I am dedicated to providing a stress-free, service-oriented experience, whether my clients are listing their home or are looking to purchase one. I am able to represent you, negotiate on your behalf, and help you achieve the best possible price with confidence. I am a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up-to-date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. In addition, I am active with Multiple Listings Service which allows me access to information on properties throughout California.
