I love being a Realtor. Since 2001, I have helped countless clients in the Bay Area find their place in the world through real estate. Whether it was a first home, a retirement home or an investment property, each has been an important part of my client's life and I am so grateful to have been a part of helping them find their "place".

As a native of the Bay Area and having had the opportunity to live in the East Bay, South Bay and now calling the Peninsula home for over 20 years, I am well versed and knowledgeable about the communities I serve.

After graduating from San Jose State University and enjoying a successful sales career in technology, my personal real estate investments brought me into real estate full time. Having also been a part owner of a staging company and personally managing many remodel projects of my own, I have developed a keen eye for finding ways to transform an ordinary room into an esthetically pleasing space and can offer creative suggestions on what a fixer-upper could become. Developer clients lean on me to help them ensure their designs will meet the checklist of wants and needs of today's buyer pool in order to bring in the highest sales prices.

I was once a first time buyer and I was once a first time seller. I remember all the excitement and the naturally occurring anxiety throughout the process so I work to ensure that it will be remembered as a positive journey that clients will happily make with me again in the future. I take great pride in the fact that 90% of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
