Anne House

Anne has been a resident of Northern Virginia and DC for the past 25 years, after relocating from Williamsburg, Virginia, where she grew up and where she cut her customer service teeth working in a variety of hospitality-based positions in the area through her teens and beyond. She even may have slung a Big Mac or two.

In 1995, seeking something new, she moved to Arlington, and she’s never looked back! (Well, she may have doubled-back a time or two – Arlington streets are not at all intuitive, and her arrival pre-dated Google Maps.)

Although she is a relatively recent entrant into the real estate field, Anne put herself through college working for real estate attorneys and a mortgage broker, and that’s where her love of all things real estate began. Post-college graduation, she had a short (25-year!) diversion working in management consulting, supporting senior-level executives at Fortune 1000 financial services and insurance industry corporations, helping them identify key industry trends, develop successful competitive strategies, and assess market dynamics. She brings this analytical approach – coupled with empathy, enthusiasm, drive, a sense of humor, and thoughtfulness – to working with her clients, helping buyers and sellers navigate the always interesting, and often unexpectedly fun, real estate market in the DC metro area.
