Anne Hyun Jin Kim

Associate Broker Anne Kim consistently exceeds the needs of her clients, backed by her extensive industry knowledge and nearly two decades of hands-on experience successfully completing transactions across a diverse range of co-ops, condominiums and investment properties. As a lifelong New Yorker, she knows the city's vast neighborhoods inside and out, and she has successfully assisted clients based locally and internationally, including those from Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Before real estate, Anne earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. In her early career as an award-winning graphic designer, she worked with prominent Fortune 500 companies, including Sony, Morgan Stanley and Cablevision. Anne credits that background with forming a keen eye for visuals, exceptional attention to detail and essential marketing skills that are indispensable to her clients today.

After pivoting to real estate in 2005, Anne achieved immediate success thanks to her unfailingly client-centric approach. She was honored with the esteemed "Rookie of the Year" award in her debut season, and she consistently ranked among the top 10 individual brokers by sales volume in her office. Today, Anne is also recognized among the top 1.5% of Real Estate Professionals in the Nation by RealTrends. She continues to blaze a path of outstanding real estate success for her clients by leveraging her exemplary negotiation skills, up-to-the-minute market analytics, and astute guidance.

Anne is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a proud board member for Korean Community Services of Metropolitan New York, one of the largest Korean nonprofits in New York City. When she's not hard at work for her clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, traveling, creating her own jewelry and furniture lines, and immersing herself in The New York Times. Anne is fluent in both English and Korean.
