About Anne

As Director of Operations for the Goodrich Team at Compass, Anne plays an integral role, helping to drive the team’s continued success. Over the past seven years, she has overseen strategic planning, hiring, mentorship, marketing, and operational and administrative systems—always with a focus on building strong relationships and putting the needs of the team and its clients first. Under Anne’s leadership, the Goodrich Team has grown into the #1 team at Compass Boston by sales volume in 2024. 

Anne brings deep knowledge of the city, having lived and worked in nearly every Boston neighborhood. She closely follows local trends, market shifts, and cultural happenings, making her an invaluable resource for agents and clients alike.

A proud graduate of Colby College, Anne was a two-time NESCAC champion on the women’s lacrosse team. In 2024, she was inducted into the Westford Academy Athletic Hall of Fame. Outside of work, Anne volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is active in the American Ireland Fund’s Young Leaders program. She enjoys time with family and friends on Nantucket and Lake Winnipesaukee and rarely misses a Boston Celtics game. She currently lives in Southborough with her husband, Mike, and their daughter, Sophia.
