"Anne has demonstrated results on multi million dollar listings. Not only does she provide context for current sales pricing trends, but she has a working knowledge of the cost of repairs and additional negotiations with contractors. She has personally finished several "turnaround" properties." - Gail
"My husband and I have bought 3 houses and sold 1 with Anne in a 3 year period. In each experience she has exceeded our expectations. My husband and I trust her fully and go to her often for advice which has never steered us in the wrong direction. Her background and experience as a realtor is valuable for the purchase or sale of your property. " - Marisa
"Anne is a five-star agent and exceeded our expectations in every category. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the chance to work with her and our only regret is that we did not meet her earlier so that we could have started our house hunt under such sage, sound guidance. Anne has in-depth knowledge and wonderful experience in Dallas' most sought-after, competitive neighborhoods. There is absolutely no question that had Anne not been on our side during both the hunt and negotiation phases then we would have not come close to finding - much less buying - THE house. She is the competent, astute, and perceptive professional that you dream of working of with.
If we ever re-enter the housing market, Anne can count of us being repeat customers; we simply cannot imagine working with anyone else. Not only were we impressed with her responsiveness and tact but we were so thankful for access to her list of extensive, superb contacts. Everyone (mortgage broker, etc) whom Anne recommended was top-notch and among the best in their fields. We could not have been happier with Anne's invaluable expertise and very highly recommend her.
"Anne assisted us with renting a home in 2010 and buying our first home in 2013. Without question, we will use her again if we ever decide to move.
First, Anne knows exactly what she is doing. We did not have a question about the process (and we had a lot...) that she could not answer. Not only is Anne experienced in the process of buying and selling a home generally, but she is also atune to the fact that people buy and sell houses for different reasons (some buy to live there forever, others buy as an investment), and she is knows whether and why a particular house will or will not be good, no matter what your reasons are. Her family has been doing real estate for a long time, and she has clearly picked up a lot of know-how.
Another reason I would highly recommend Anne is that she really focused on determining what our preferences were, which meant that we did not waste time looking at houses that she knew we would not like. Ultimately, I think we got our home because Anne knew us so well--she attended a preview on the day before the house went on the market, realized it was perfect for us, and made sure that we got there in time to see the house and put in an offer. Had Anne not been so aware of what we liked, our house could have easily slipped through the cracks, as the seller accepted the offer before it ever went on the market.
Finally, Anne advocates for her clients even if it puts her in an unpopular position with the other realtor. My in-laws were coming in town during the inspection period and wanted to see the house. The sellers were dragging their heels because they did not want to leave the house for a brief window. Their realtor would not budge. Anne did not relent and made clear to the other realtor that it was a breach not to let us see the house during the inspection period--and they eventually agreed. Anne's persistence apparently made the other realtor pretty unhappy, but we appreciated that she stood up for us, even over something small.
"Anne has helped us successfully negotiate contracts to buy and sell houses in the Oak Cliff, Park Cities and Preston Hollow areas over the past few years. She is high-energy; quick to respond via email, phone or text; and consistently finds ways to go above and beyond. Her recommendations are always supported with well researched comps for the area and demonstrate her value and experience as an agent."
