About Anneliese

Anneliese is an agent based out of the Compass Pasadena office and specializes in understanding client needs and building engineering. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Anneliese started her professional career as a Mechanical Designer at an engineering consulting firm in San Francisco. After 2 years of designing mechanical systems for residential and commercial buildings, she decided she wanted to be more client facing and accepted a sales engineering position with Mitsubishi Electric Trane US HVAC (METUS). As a sales engineer, she practices relationship building, negotiation, and technical knowledge of building systems. Now she combines her technical expertise with her love for architecture as a real estate agent. Anneliese has a passion for working with first time home buyers and helping clients find their forever home or next investment property.
