Born in Latin America, she arrived in the U.S. as a child, moving from Texas to Louisiana to Michigan as her father pursued a career in gas engineering. She earned dual degrees in Business Administration and International Trade from Eastern Michigan University before spending the early part of her career in Caracas, managing multi-million dollar contracts for one of Latin America’s largest energy companies.

That background — international perspective, sharp negotiation, and a deep understanding of complex transactions — shapes how Annelisse serves clients across Southwest Florida. She specializes in luxury homes, foreign-national transactions, and investment properties, and is fluent in English and Spanish, with team support in Portuguese and French.
