About Annette

Annette is a Los Angeles native and has been living in San Diego since 2010. A true believer in being a tourist in her own town, has led her to explore and really get to know her home. In 2015, she became a UCSD graduate in both Management Science and Spanish Literature. She has grown up in the real estate industry her whole life as her father started working in real estate and investing at a young age. She knew that it was her calling to be part of it as well. She loves studying how the market moves and helping people achieve their investment dreams. She is passionate about getting to know her clients and being part of their home buying and selling experience. An excellent customer experience is crucial to her as she understands that buying and selling a home is an exciting milestone in a person’s life. Annette is a first generation Latina and fluent in both Spanish and English, so she has no problem tending to the needs of both communities.
