About Annette
Annette Schultz is a Real Estate professional in San Diego, California, and once you meet Annette you will quickly realize two things. One, she loves and feels extremely blessed to call America’s Finest City her home, and two, she will provide you with the best service and results possible with regard to the sale or purchase of your home.

A Southern California resident since the age of 4, Annette moved from the Midwest state of Michigan with her parents & 2 sisters to California for the sun, salt air and a liberated way of life. She grew up in Poway, otherwise known as 'the city in the country'. After graduating with her Master of Education Degree from National University in 2003 she knew that San Diego would forever be her home. Annette has a background in leadership, sales and customer service. She combines an expansive network, a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in San Diego with a passion for details, enthusiasm and communication abilities. While client satisfaction is paramount for Annette, it's her experience that gives her clients the advantage in a competitive marketplace.

Annette and her family reside in the North County Coastal community of Leucadia (Encinitas), and truly enjoy every aspect of the wonderful town in which they live.

On any given day, you may spot her riding her bike up the 101, running on a local trail, swimming in our ocean or lagoons or practicing Bikram Yoga.

She believes in maintaining a healthy mind, body, and soul to deliver peak performance in all endeavors her of life.
