Annie Belter

Annie moved to Destin in 1999 and has had the pleasure of watching first-hand, the growth & international exposure that the Emerald Coast has received. Annie earned a bachelor's degree in management and marketing from the University of West Florida in 2014. 

With her families presence in the local real estate market, Annie began her personal career as a realtor, in 2015. With her background in retail sales & marketing, she was honored with “Rookie of the Year” in her first year. Annie’s family vacationed along the Emerald Coast for many years & purchased their first condo in Destin in 1995. Some short years later, is when they would relocate to the area as a full time residence. 

In her free time, Annie can be found spending time with her husband, Travis, enjoying the outdoors fishing & hunting. Annie is also a member of the Emerald Coast Chapter, Woman’s Council of Realtors, which she previously served as the Treasurer (2019).
