Annie Coleman

Annie Coleman is a Principal Broker and Co-Team Lead with Melissa English of LivingRoom at Compass. She founded the boutique Brokerage LivingRoom Realty in 2008 with the mission of creating a service driven real estate company which thinks creatively and understands unique and significant properties. Prior to Real Estate Annie worked in global investment banking which provided her with comprehensive experience in economic analysis and big picture strategy of global and local markets. She has used that experience to help her Clients skillfully move through many different market dynamics to achieve their real estate goals. Annie is also very interested in architecture and interior design. Growing up in a Frank Lloyd Wright home on his block in Oak Park gave her an early understanding of the benefits of design, flow, and environment. She has done extensive construction including gut renovating a 6 flat in West Town and building a small resort in Wisconsin. She uses this experience to help her Clients evaluate properties and dream of their potential. She also has extensive experience with cooperative housing, self-employed buyers, live-work, commercial, architecturally significant and other unique homes. She considers it a deep honor to work with her Clients with all their real estate needs.
