"Ansel Sanger is an amazing realtor. Nearly 2 years ago he helped me locate the ideal house for me. I lived in Colorado at the time so I had work long distance with someone I felt would listen to my concerns and find properties in my budget. I was looking for a small home with character in a safe neighborhood. When I flew to Washington, my time was limited for viewing properties. Ansel had the day lined out and showed me five houses within a 20 mile radius from my target area. By the end of the day he had shown me an adorable little place that I could see myself retiring to. Since I had to return to Colorado before the transaction was completed, Ansel negotiated with the seller, took care of all the paperwork and was at the inspection.
