Anthony Moore

I’m originally from Maine, but North Carolina has been home for more than two decades. I began my real estate career in 2004 and have since worked across nearly every side of the residential real estate industry, including sales, investing, renovation, custom homebuilding and architectural design.

Over the course of my career, I have renovated approximately 60 homes and built more than 100 custom residences throughout the Charlotte area. I am also an owner of Pike Properties and a residential architectural design firm. That experience allows me to look at a property from more than just a sales perspective. I understand construction, floor plans, renovation costs, design potential and the decisions that ultimately affect a home’s value and marketability.

For sellers, I provide honest guidance about how to prepare, improve and position a property to achieve the strongest possible result. I know which improvements are likely to create value and which ones may simply consume time and money. For buyers, I bring a builder’s and designer’s eye to the process, helping identify construction concerns, renovation opportunities, layout limitations and the hidden potential a home may offer.

My approach is straightforward, strategic and practical. I believe clients deserve clear communication, strong negotiation and honest advice, even when that advice may not be what they initially expected to hear. Whether I am helping someone sell a custom home, relocate to Charlotte, navigate new construction or purchase a property with renovation potential, my goal is to make the process understandable and protect my client’s interests from the first conversation through closing.

Before founding Pike Properties in 2008, I worked in resort and master-planned community real estate sales, where I received recognition including Rising Star, Sales Executive of the Year and Circle of Excellence. I later worked as a national real estate coach and educator, training thousands of real estate investors and professionals across the country. That background strengthened my ability to analyze opportunities, solve problems and explain complicated real estate decisions in a clear and useful way.

Outside of real estate, I am the proud father of a 12-year-old son. We enjoy traveling, staying active and exploring Charlotte together. As a transplant myself, I understand both the excitement and uncertainty that come with relocating and establishing a life in a new city. I enjoy helping my clients find not only the right property, but also the place that truly feels like home.
