"We are a military family who was living in Hawaii and set to move to San Antonio right in the middle of this wonderful pandemic. Luckily, Sarah McAloon had been by our side (virtually) from the moment moving to TX was confirmed at the beginning of the year!
Honestly, everyone knows how stressful buying a house while simultaneously trying to sell one is. Mix that with the inability to leave an island to explore where you’ll be going, and the real estate that was available, but needing to move into a house ASAP because living in a hotel can only go so far, seemed like a recipe for rushing, settling, and risking our happiness. However, Sarah was incredible from the start. Even based out of Austin, she was able to give us a feel of the area through pictures, videos, charts, descriptions, and discussions. Her availability was second to none. She worked with us even through our 5 hour time difference. She was knowledgeable, looked out for things that we didn’t necessarily know we didn’t know and pushed for perfection on our behalf.
We weren’t sure how buying site unseen was going to pan out. But we’re here to tell you that when we finally stepped inside our home, not only did it feel exactly as we expected it would feel, it was even bigger and better in person than imagined! It speaks volumes to feel that sense of peace walking in knowing that there aren’t any surprises and felt at home immediately.
She even worked outside of the box to help us figure out daycare suggestions based on the neighborhoods we were looking at.
