Antony is a multi-disciplinary real estate advisor whose work sits at the intersection of architecture, development strategy, and luxury real estate. With more than 20 years of experience across global design firms and complex real estate projects, Antony brings a thoughtful, design-driven perspective to the Hamptons market while maintaining close professional ties to both New York City and Italy.

A Partner at Stroop Design, a prime New York–based architecture and interior design studio specializing in hospitality, residential, and lifestyle-driven environments, and a Compass advisor since 2017, Antony offers clients a rare ability to evaluate properties through both a creative and strategic lens. His career includes formative roles at world-renowned firms Foster + Partners and Rockwell Group, followed by senior leadership positions within an international design practice. This experience allows him to approach real estate opportunities with the insight of someone who has spent decades shaping how properties are conceived, built, and positioned in the market.
