Anya began her career working in the commercial sector in and around Washington, D.C. She was the founding member of a team that closed more than $150 million in multifamily transactions. She credits that time with building her strong negotiation skills, while a stint in the fashion industry developed her keen eye for design and style. She now transitions seamlessly between commercial and residential deals. She helps individual homebuyers, investors, and sellers with luxury condos, co-ops, and townhouses, and she works with institutional investors and developers to secure and sell multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the city.
Originally from the District of Columbia, Anya also lived in Paris as a child. She studied public relations at George Mason University and fashion marketing at Parsons. Today, Anya resides in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Manhattan with her beloved Pomeranian, Lola. She loves equestrian show jumping, scuba diving, and cooking, and she is a passionate world traveler who makes it a point to experience a new city and culture at least once a year.
