Having lived in Austin since 2012, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients and helping them realize their goals and vision in a dream home or dream investment in Austin.

Anzell connects with investors on a level that only fellow investors would. Owning 14 rental units himself, Anzell boasts a sizable portfolio of multi-family. Through intelligent financing, proper underwriting, and 1031 exchanges, he has amassed this portfolio in only the past 10 months. He is currently working on another six-plex deal, which would bring his total portfolio to 20 units.

When he's not working hard on “Making Your Dream Happen," Anzell is following his other passions; you may find him on the basketball court, scootering down the streets of downtown Austin, or just spending time with friends and family.
