April specializes in assisting residential buyers and sellers throughout the East Bay Area with the purchase and sale of their homes. She is recognized for her strong work ethic, excellent customer service, great negotiation skills, and creative marketing strategies. Her clients benefit both from her drive to satisfy their needs as well as her attention to detail. She is quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts and works tirelessly to fulfill the wishes of the buyer or seller she represents. April is also very tech savvy and on board with all the latest cutting-edge tools available in the industry.

Raised in Pleasanton, April attended Amador Valley High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, East Bay. Before becoming a Realtor, April worked for a loss mitigation company that specializes in Loan Modifications and Short Sale Negotiations. Prior to this, she was employed by a Foreclosure and Investment Real Estate company where she gained valuable experience in these areas as well.

April has a vast knowledge of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin and surrounding cities, and she currently coaches for the Foothill Girl’s Varsity Basketball team in Pleasanton. When April’s not working, she enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and rescuing animals.
