The right home is out there for every family. April selects each home for her clients personally after spending time truly listening to their needs. She can be counted on not to waste time and recommend only the best of the best, unlike other who just send their clients an automated list to search through. April gives her clients the best value, the best features, and the best amenities without having to go through a hundred homes. This is one reason she specializes in relocation; providing a smooth transition with as little stress as possible for her clients and their families is very important to her.
April takes great pride in the relationships she has built, and many of her past clients have become her friends. Her philosophy is simple: clients come first. April can be expected to constantly communicate with her client, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire process. Each buyer or seller deserves an amazing experience with an agent who is reliable, responsive, honest, kind, and, more importantly, puts their needs first.
April has a degree in Psychology with a minor in Math. Being raised in a small village in the upper midwest in Michigan definitely taught her the value of hard work, but it also created her love of people, with numbers and data coming in a close second. After serving in the U.S. Army for four years, she found triathlon; she has since qualified and competed at the Nationals twice and has run two marathons. In 2020, she is hoping to achieve the honor of being on the National USA Triathlon team. April can be found coaching bicycling in Pacific Highlands Ranch every Sunday morning or volunteering at the Animal Farm Sanctuary in Escondido. She has been married to her husband, Rob, for two years; he works at General Atomics as an aerospace engineer. They both share Australian Shepard dawg-ter, Lily, and their Maine Coon cat named Lush.
