About April

April has been a real estate professional since her entry into the real estate world in 1999. April's enthusiasm for her chosen profession continues to blossom to new levels! She brings exceptional energy, intelligence, integrity and dependability to her many satisfied customers. April is experienced with buyer needs and seller needs as well as the more complex transactions of her investor clients. April's experience ranges from new home developments all over San Diego County including Rancho Santa Fe, East County, rural areas and the downtown condo market. She believes that every home buyer and seller deserves exceptional, unique and excellent service, and she always strives to exceed her clients' expectations! She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Science. Born in Texas, April has lived in Lake Tahoe, Miami and Atlanta before settling in her beloved San Diego County in 1993. Along with her husband, John, and her sons, Owen and Ian, April enjoys attending sporting events, hiking and snowboarding. In her spare time, she likes yoga, relaxing with a good glass of red wine and running. She is currently preparing for the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
