April Rogers

Born and raised on Oʻahu, April Rogers developed a deep appreciation for the meaning of home while growing up in a small apartment in Mānoa. Raised by her father, a firefighter, she learned the values of resilience, integrity, gratitude, and hard work—principles that continue to guide both her life and her approach to real estate. Her upbringing taught her that a home isn't defined by its size, but by the life and memories created within it.

April's interest in real estate began at an early age through her stepmother, a residential appraiser. Tagging along on property inspections sparked a fascination with architecture, design, and the potential within a home. Those early experiences helped shape her eye for detail and appreciation for the qualities that make every property unique.

After earning her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her master's degree from San Diego State University, April returned home to Hawaiʻi to build a career serving the communities that shaped her. Today, she brings together local knowledge, thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a strong commitment to her clients.

Whether representing a first-time homebuyer, a growing family, a seller preparing for their next chapter, or an experienced investor, April approaches each transaction with professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care.
