Born and raised on Oʻahu, April Rogers developed a deep appreciation for the meaning of home while growing up in a small apartment in Mānoa. Raised by her father, a firefighter, she learned the values of resilience, integrity, gratitude, and hard work—principles that continue to guide both her life and her business. That experience gave her a genuine understanding that a home isn't defined by its size, but by the life and memories built within it.

April's passion for real estate began at an early age through her stepmother, a residential appraiser. Tagging along on property inspections sparked her fascination with architecture, design, and recognizing a home's potential. Those experiences cultivated an eye for detail and a lasting appreciation for the unique qualities that make every property special.

After earning her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her master's degree from San Diego State University, April returned home to Hawaiʻi to build a career serving the communities that shaped her. Today, she combines local expertise with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a client-first approach to help buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate every step of the real estate process.
