About Arash
As the son of a successful civil engineer, Arash's childhood and adolescence were entangled with blueprints and various construction manuals. Analyzing blueprints for condominiums and houses while picking and choosing the right materials became one of the many highlights of spending time with his father. The time he devoted to learning from his father allowed him to develop a precise understanding of scales and floor plans while mastering an appreciation and awareness for design.

As his life progressed, his undergraduate and graduate degrees in law enhanced his attention to details, analytical skills, and of course his knowledge in real estate law. Upon the completion of his graduate degree from Georgetown Law Center, his professional background further strengthened while working in various sectors with an emphasis of managing marketing platforms for numerous clients in different fields. Additionally, Arash’s experiences cultivated a large network of professionals over nearly two decades of living in the DMV region.
