"Arash and his team of experts help us navigate through the difficult waters of this endeavor. As we started looking for a house, his teammates visited our house to get it ready to be photographed. They provided advice on how we can use our own belongings to stage for photos and to get prepared for the first open house. In the meantime, Arash accompanied us to a lot of houses for purchase. His advice was very instrumental for us to decide what direction we should take. Sometimes he would tell us "not this". The search for a new house took more than three months. He was very patient and accommodating with our schedule. He would do market research for a house we were interested and give the information we needed at the time. When we started focusing at the house we bought, he made sure that all the requirements were there and that our offer was the winning one. His charm and pleasant personality made it easy to convince the other agents that we were the right buyers. As the new house search was under way, Arash wanted to get our house ready to sell. We followed his teammate's advice and prepared the house for photos. His impeccable taste lead him to have the house photographed twice to have more choices on the selected pictures for the listing. As soon we were under contract for the new house he started working on our house listing. His team used the best pictures, placed to the house to this Private Exclusive section that Compass has to test the market. He then listed the house and had three open houses. We received a few orders and finally he worked his way to select the highest bidder. He negotiated straight for about a week and got us the price we wanted. Then, as we were getting nearer to closing time, Arash succeeded to resolve and issue with the buyers that had nothing to do with the house itself.
