Arby Hinojosa

Arby wasn’t born a realtor, but he became one as soon as he could. He is a native Texan, but his real estate story begins in a boat on the Adriatic Sea while on vacation with his wife, Vera. While on a trip to Croatia, Arby made the acquaintance of a large, boisterous, eccentric and super fun group of people who had made their wealth by buying and owning real estate. At that point, they had been doing this for a while, and they had moved on to spend their time traveling the world. Their story and the subsequent friendships were so compelling that they changed Arby’s trajectory. After 15 successful years in the Tech industry, Arby had found what he was going to do next! Today, as a full-time REALTOR® and Broker Associate, nothing is more energizing to Arby than waking up in the morning knowing he will be spending the day with a client in his car exploring the city and making buying, selling and investment decisions. He loves participating in the search, the process, the activities and the outcomes with his clients, and he believes in making it as fun as possible. He believes in putting the long-term benefit of his clients first, being their advocate and doing the right thing even when it’s inconvenient. This is how Arby wants to do business, and he has even coined a term for it. He calls it, Real-Estating! When Arby is not real-estating, you can find him practicing martial arts which he has done since the age of 11. The rest of the time, he spends with his wife and two rescue dogs, Boomer and Solo. Boomer is a too smart overly-neurotic Border Collie and Solo is a smiling, blind Aussie with no eyes, but they don’t know that they have special needs. They have not let these qualities define them. Instead, they embrace being in the world, just as they are, determined to live life to the fullest. This lesson is one that Arby continues to learn from these unlikely teachers.
