Arian’s degree in Interior Design, from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, helped fuel her passion for selling Real Estate. Her keen eye, attention to detail, and extensive education in design help her see key selling features to enhance and sell not just a house, but also a home.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Arian earned her Bachelor of Music Education in 1997 and spent most of her career in the music field as both a public school music teacher and private vocal coach. No stranger to a competitive environment, Arian also competed in the Miss America program for educational scholarships to help achieve her goals, winning the title of Miss Texas in 1994 and placing in the Top 10 at the 1995 Miss America pageant performing for a national television audience. During her year of service, Arian was a spokesperson for the Texas Cares for Children program where her words inspired children across the state to set goals and stay drug-free.
Passionate about both her community and children, Arian has been active in church youth and children’s choirs, Junior League and a number of other philanthropic organizations including serving as the producer for the 2012 Miss Texas Scholarship Pageant, which was telecast statewide. She is also currently a member of the world-renowned Ken Davis Chorale, made up of fellow musicians from across the country who perform twice a year. In addition to the Chorale, she is a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus.
Arian’s roots in Texas are deep. She grew up in Borger, Texas and currently lives in Frisco with her husband, Steve, and her four children, Hayley, Jordan, Tripp, and Sadie, along with their dogs Cookie and Gabe.
★★★★★“Arian Orlando worked tirelessly to help get us in a home almost two years ago. We are constantly getting updates through email on real estate from her and flyers in the mail as well. When we decide to move, we are definitely using Arian again. She is super sweet and accommodating. We have several friends that use her as their real estate agent and we will always recommend her to our friends .“

★★★★★“I worked with Arian Orlando two years ago to find a home in Dallas while living in New York. It was a complicated move as I was selling a co-op in NYC, which can be a very time-consuming and unpredictable ordeal. Arian was extremely patient and took me all over Dallas to look at condos, townhouses, and homes. I really enjoyed her wonderful energy and terrific sense of humor and she was extremely helpful in navigating the home-buying process (which is much different from what I was used to). I would definitely recommend her whole-heartedly.“

★★★★★“Arian was professional and prompt in all of our interactions. She worked hard to understand our needs and keep us within our price-range. When issues arose during the negotiation process, it was comforting to know that she was representing us and looking out for our best interests. My wife and I feel that we not only gained an A+ real estate agent out of this deal, but that we gained a friend as well! We would highly recommend using Arian without hesitation.“
