"I recently hired Ariana to sell my home in Fort Washington, MD. The entire length of time from signing the listing agreement to settlement was two months. It is important to note, however, I had a tenant living in the home during this time. Both the tenant and I agreed that the move out date could be as late as the end of June, or about 75 days from signing the listing agreement. Further, we would not make the home available for showings until the end of May. This was mutually agreed by all, as it served both the tenants needs and mine. Ariana had made excellent suggestions on preparing the home for sale. I took this time to have these suggestions implemented. Ariana helped me and the tenant navigate through the period of time the house was actually on the market. Ariana was especially good with the tenant when setting expectations while showing deference to the tenants' privacy.
